<h3>1. Online Store Terms</h3>

<p>You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.</p>

<p>You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.</p>

<h3>2. Automotive, RV, and Marine Parts</h3>

<p>4Falcons sells automotive, RV, marine, maintenance, replacement, repair, and related products. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their particular vehicle, RV, boat, engine, equipment, model, year, trim, configuration, or application before ordering or installing the product.</p>

<p>Product compatibility, fitment information, manufacturer part numbers, interchange information, dimensions, specifications, photographs, descriptions, and other product information are provided to assist customers but should be independently verified before purchase and installation.</p>

<p>When there is any uncertainty regarding compatibility, customers should consult the vehicle or equipment manufacturer, product manufacturer, qualified mechanic, technician, installer, or other appropriate professional before purchasing or installing a product.</p>

<h3>3. Product Information</h3>

<p>We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, availability, manufacturer information, and compatibility information. However, information supplied by manufacturers, distributors, catalog providers, or other third parties may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences from the actual product.</p>

<p>Manufacturers may modify packaging, labeling, specifications, materials, appearance, model numbers, or product designs without prior notice. Minor differences in packaging or appearance do not necessarily indicate that an incorrect product was supplied.</p>

<p>If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.</p>

<p>If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact 4Falcons as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before processing or shipment.</p>

<p>Once an order has entered fulfillment, been transferred to a distributor, warehouse, or carrier, or has otherwise progressed too far for cancellation, the order may need to be handled as a return under our Return Policy.</p>

<h3>7. Shipping and Delivery</h3>

<p>Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as reasonably possible. Any shipping, processing, transit, or delivery dates displayed on our website or provided to customers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.</p>

<p>Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, supplier delays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.</p>

<p>Tracking information will be provided when available.</p>

<p>Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused packages, address corrections, or undeliverable shipments may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.</p>

<h3>8. 30-Day Return Policy</h3>

<p>Most eligible products may be returned within <strong>30 days of the delivery date</strong>, subject to our Return Policy.</p>

<p>Unless the return involves a verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, returned products should generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, and components.</p>

<h3>9. Customer-Error Returns and Restocking Fees</h3>

<p>If a return results from customer error, including but not limited to ordering the wrong product, selecting incorrect fitment, ordering the wrong size, model, quantity, application, or part number, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, change of mind, or no longer needing the product, a <strong>minimum 20% restocking fee may apply</strong>.</p>

<p>Depending on the condition of the returned product, original packaging, missing components, damaged packaging, handling requirements, resale value, manufacturer or distributor charges, or other circumstances associated with the return, the restocking fee may be increased up to a <strong>maximum of 50% of the product price</strong>.</p>

<p>Customer-error returns may also be subject to return shipping costs.</p>

<p>Verified returns resulting from an incorrect item shipped by 4Falcons or an item that arrived damaged or defective through no fault of the customer will not be subject to a customer-error restocking fee.</p>

<h3>10. Installed, Used, or Modified Products</h3>

<p>Products that have been installed, used, modified, altered, damaged after delivery, contaminated with fuel, oil, chemicals, or other substances, or returned with missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.</p>

<p>Depending on the condition of the product and applicable law, such products may receive a reduced refund or may be ineligible for return if they cannot reasonably be resold or returned to the manufacturer or distributor.</p>

<p>Certain electrical, electronic, special-order, customized, clearance, hazardous-material, manufacturer-restricted, or otherwise designated products may have additional return restrictions when disclosed before purchase.</p>

<h3>11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products</h3>

<p>Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.</p>

<p>If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact 4Falcons promptly and provide your order number and information regarding the issue.</p>

<p>We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, manufacturer label, part number, serial number, or damage to help verify and resolve the issue.</p>

<p>Please do not install or use a product that you believe is damaged, defective, or incorrect unless instructed otherwise.</p>

<h3>12. Refunds</h3>

<p>Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.</p>

<p>Applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, original shipping charges, or other permitted deductions may be deducted from customer-error returns in accordance with our published Return Policy and applicable law.</p>

<p>After we issue a refund, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.</p>

<h3>13. Product Installation and Safety</h3>

<p>Automotive, RV, and marine components may require specialized tools, technical knowledge, correct torque specifications, safety procedures, programming, calibration, or professional installation.</p>

<p>Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used correctly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.</p>

<p>Where appropriate, installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic, technician, electrician, installer, or other properly trained professional.</p>

<h3>14. Manufacturer Warranties</h3>

<p>Certain products may include a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are governed by the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer.</p>
